Friday morning, after extended debate, a substitute motion was made to substitute Plan B for the Call to Action proposal from the Interim Operations Team as the main proposal from which to work in General Administration. The motion passed with a slight majority.
We are now in process of forming a subcommittee for structure, with three delegate representatives from each original proposal–the IOT Plan (Call to Action), Plan B, and MFSA, along with six elected delegates from Central Conferences to perfect the substitute motion. That would give a total of fifteen people in this group to craft the language of the plan for the whole of the General Administration legislative committee.
